Deposit Requirement
A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required to confirm each booking. The refund conditions below apply only to the deposit paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your reservation, please email us at info@stylia-tours.com and include your reservation number.
Cancellation and refund requests are typically processed within 1–7 business days.
Please note that verbal or phone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. All cancellations must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued according to the applicable refund percentage based on the cancellation period.
All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment used during booking.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.
Amendment Fees
Any changes made to a reservation after it has been successfully submitted may be subject to an amendment fee.
Amendment fees are applied per change and may vary depending on the nature of the modification and the specific tour booked.
No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
If a guest anticipates a delay, they must notify Stylia Tours as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, this cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the tour schedule.
Force Majeure
Stylia Tours shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, Stylia Tours reserves the right to reschedule the tour, offer an alternative service, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Special Notes
Please review the “Special Notes” section provided for each tour before completing your booking. Any special rates, additional fees, or tour-specific cancellation conditions listed there may override this general Cancellation and Refund Policy.
