We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days.
Verbal cancellation requests or over-the-phone requests will not be acknowledged. Please ensure to email us for cancellation requests to guarantee processing and acknowledgment.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued according to the specified refund percentage based on the cancellation period.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow sufficient time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

Amendment Fees:

Any changes made to a reservation after successful submission online and within the specified amendment period may be subject to an Amendment Fee.
Amendment Fees will be applied per change and may vary depending on the nature of the change and the tour.
