Day 1: Arrival in Tangier
As soon as you arrive at Ibn Battouta International Airport or port, your Stylia Tours English-speaking guide and driver will be waiting for you with a warm welcome. You’ll start exploring Tangier, located in the extreme northwest of Africa, to get acquainted with its cultural, historical, and stunning features.

Day 2: Tangier to Chefchaouen
On the second day of the tour, one of our drivers will pick you up from your accommodation at 8 am and take you on a scenic drive along the coast, passing by the new port of Tangier, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Gibraltar. Our first destination will be Chefchaouen, a blue-hued city in the Rif Mountains. You’ll have the chance to enjoy the scenic route and stop along the way to hike to the Cascades d’Akchour (Waterfalls of Akchour).

Day 3: Chefchaouen to Fez
On day three, we’ll leave Chefchaouen behind and head towards Fez. Along the way, we’ll stop to explore the UNESCO-protected Roman ruins of Volubilis, a sprawling complex founded in the 3rd century BCE. We’ll also visit the smaller, less busy Meknes, offering two main areas of interest, the Imperial City and the navigable medina. Finally, we’ll reach Fez and explore the impressively large and complicated old medina.

Day 4: Exploring Fez
On the fourth day of the tour, your expert Stylia Tours local guide will lead you on a full day Heritage guided tour of Fez. You’ll visit the 12th century “Bab Boujloud” “blue gate” with its stunning blue and green ceramics, the largest royal palace in Morocco, Dar el Makhzen, which exhibits its seven golden doors and wonderful golden gate made of marble, copper, and glorious mosaics. You’ll also explore the Mellah or Jewish quarter of old Moroccan Jewish heritage, built near the Royal residence for protection in 1438. You’ll experience the panoramic view of the city from Borj Sud, an ancient fortress on a hill, from where you can view the UNESCO listed ancient Medina of Fez. Finally, you’ll visit the 14th century Madrasa Bou Inania religious school and be delighted by the Marinid architecture.

Day 5: Airport Transfer
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your accommodation and transferred to either Fez Saïss airport or Mohammed V international airport in Casablanca for your onward flight, marking the end of your 5-day Fez & Chefchaouen tour from Tangier.
